2. Approval of Agenda:
The agenda was approved as presented.
3. Approval of Minutes:
November 24, 2014 Motion (1) by Shari, 2nd Maryn. Carried.
4. Student Council Report: No
report.
5. Chair’s Report:
No report.
6. Principal’s Report:
No report. SCI administration was unable to attend the meeting.
7. Treasurer’s
Report:
Verbal report given. Balance in bank account is $632.13. Theresa will contact
the credit union to see what is required to change signing authorities.

Correspondence: No
correspondence received.
9. Business arising from
Minutes:
· Review Constitution – Sherry
will send out a formatted version for everyone to review and provide their
commentary.
· Teacher Appreciation – The
luncheon has been scheduled for Thursday, February 19. There was a discussion
regarding the menu and collection of donations.
·
Award of Excellence in
Teaching – There was a discussion regarding the changes in procedure this year
and how to address this next year.
·
Springfield Music
Association – Deferred as Shawn Brook was absent from the meeting and was going
to arrange for a representative to attend a future PAC meeting.
10. New Business:

Phys Ed. - Discussion about
the possibility of a CPR/First Aid course being offered to students as part of
Phys. Ed. and/or Health.
·
Health – Discussion about
adding the topic of “consent” as part of Health (or is this topic already
discussed).
