Join other parents and Community Members and meet with the Administrative Staff at SCI in a relaxed environment. The meetings are held monthly in the SCI Library. All are welcome. If you have a topic of interest or would just like to meet and share ideas in a comfortable atmosphere, please come out. This is a great opportunity to learn about your child's school. The next meeting dates will be posted on the sci website calendar. There is also a mail box for the Parent Council in the school office if you have any information you would like to drop off.

1. Call to Order: 6:10 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda: The agenda was approved as presented.

3. Approval of Minutes:
  • January 25, 2016 Motion (1) by Shawn, 2nd Carolyn

4. Chair’s Report: No report.

5. Student Council Report: No report.

6. Principal’s Report: No report.

7. Treasurer’s Report: Balance in bank account is $777.39.

8. Correspondence: No correspondence.

9. Business Arising from Minutes:
  • Report on Discussions with Naomi Kruse – Naomi had several suggested activities the PAC could coordinate however, the PAC’s role as an information sharing group was re-confirmed. 
  • Review Constitution – Carolyn made revisions to the constitution and will email out for all to review. 
  • Parent Survey – There was a brief discussion. Theresa has volunteered to put together a sample survey for discussion at the next meeting.
